THE RBF VISION FUND

For seven years, our small, volunteer, part-time team of two at Rust Belt Fibershed has been weaving together a place-based textile community. We are proud of what we’ve accomplished through pure volunteer power and community engagement- and now we're ready to build on this momentum with your help.

Your support will help us:

• Continue developing free-to-community projects like One Year, One Outfit and the Rust Belt Linen Project

• Strengthen our producer support network offering professional development, collaborative opportunities, and resources to support our local textile makers in their expansion

• Strengthen our digital platforms - including our Value Chain and Supporting Partners Directory- to showcase our producers' stories, products, and sustainable practices, making it easier for community members to source locally.

• Create fun, engaging educational resources and community programs that connect consumers to the entire process of textile creation - from fiber to finished product - strengthening understanding and support of local makers

• Keep our momentum growing through sustainable operations, future events, and new initiatives that respond to our community's needs
